Someone with brains enough to compose nearly-whole sentences actually left the following comment on this very site sometime today:
This sites fucking lame. I havent even heard of your "favorite punk bands" except for screching whesels and nofx.
NOFX are a punk band that encourged punks to vote democratic and green, the freedom parties, not liberatian fuckin republican, the free market geeky ass nazi's and fuckin the regular nazi's.
have you ever gone to a punk show? there are vegie stands and shit there, it's no place for capitalist, DIY is a way to be anti-capitalist.
Once a capitalist dissed the veggie stand at a local punk show so i beat his ass.
BETTER RED THAN DEAD.
This is exactly what's wrong with punk rock today. I couldn't have said it better myself. A big, big thank you to the person who left this comment (and several others, some of which I've deleted due to their utter inanity), for illustrating better than I ever could just how depressingly ignorant some people can be. It makes me wanna vomit.
